CSIRO produced a commemorative 80^th Anniversary “banknote” in 2006 which was given as a souvenir to current staff.  We have some of these collectable “banknotes” to give away to Alumni members.

CSIRO developed the world's first polymer banknote in 1988, but this particular banknote celebrates the whole spectrum of CSIRO's diverse research across 80 years and into the future.
